Article 3 (Specification and Revision of Terms and Conditions)

  1. These Terms and Conditions are notified to users through the service's initial screen or connection screen.
  2. The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions, if necessary, within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations.
  3. The revised Terms and Conditions are notified by specifying the date of application and the reason for revision, and if the user does not raise an objection prior to the date of application, they are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms and Conditions.

Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)

  1. The Company provides the Trouble Painter app service to users. 2. The Company may change the contents of the service.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

  1. Users must comply with these Terms and Conditions and related laws.
  2. Users must not engage in acts that infringe upon the rights of others.
  3. If a user engages in misconduct or uses the service in an abnormal manner, the Company may restrict the use of the relevant user.

Article 6 (Copyright of Content)

  1. The copyright of all content created within the service belongs to the Company.
  2. Users cannot claim copyright for content created within the service.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be liable if it is unable to provide the service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or strikes.
